World Hepatitis Day 2016

28 July, 2016 — Mumbai: To commemorate World Hepatitis Day 2016, the World Health Organization in collaboration with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) hosted a global event to raise awareness about hepatitis among general public as well as health care providers and policy makers at the highest level. The theme for World Hepatitis Day 2016 was ‘Know Hepatitis-Act Now’.

A technical session was held in the morning, which was followed by celebrations in the august presence of the chief guest, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan Ms. Anupriya Patel, Union Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, was also present at the event along with several distinguished WHO and state government officials.. A pledge wall to act against Hepatitis was signed by all the dignitaries and participants.

An elaborate stage was designed and set-up in addition to an exhibition for key stakeholders. Our team was responsible for the entire event, from arranging logistical support for state representatives from across the country, to the production of event merchandise and brandings, complete with audio-visual support, stage management and show run.
