VFS Annual Gala Dinner 2016

VFS Global hosted its annual dinner where all ambassadors from key embassies, as well as members of the diplomatic and expatriate communities were invited.

An elaborate ambience showcasing Indian cultural highlights was created, complete with an interactive corner set-up of ‘village mela’, where a tarot card reader, henna artist, and a stall for bangles and trinkets were available. Fusion performances by international music band ‘the Bhangra troupe’ and DJ Amit contributed to the entertainment quotient. Our team managed venue layout, theme building, conceptualisation, design, decoration, production, and show run.
