National Consultation on Transitioning from MDGs to SDGs

10 to 11 May, 2016 — New Delhi: To reflect on the successes and the lessons learnt from the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) era and the possible way forward for achieving the ambitious and inclusive agenda of SDGs in the health sector over the next 15 years, WHO Country Office for India and the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) held a two-day meeting.

The key feature of the meeting was pigeonhole live – a Q&A platform that allows people in any corner of the world to connect live to an ongoing event. In order to carry out pigeonhole live and twitter alongside technical sessions, a multiple screen set-up was conceptualised and fabricated.

Additionally, the “Delhi Declaration on Sustainable Development Goal for Health” was presented to the national and state representatives of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. We were responsible for the logistical arrangements for 250 participants, printing of event collaterals, onsite support, and stage management.
