Ministerial Meeting for Ending Tuberculosis in South-East Asia Region

In order to explore how to further ‘bend the curve’ and end TB in the South-East Asia Region, World Health Organization Regional Office for South-East Asia hosted a two-day function. Health Ministers and representatives from 11 South-East Asian Countries, as well as the heads of all partner organizations— namely USAID, The Global Fund, Stop TB, and World Bank, were invited. On the second day of the event, the e-launch of the ‘TB Annual Report 2017’ was carried out.

Ground transportation, accommodation, and logistical arrangements were managed for more than 150 participants. Security arrangements and ministerial protocol were thoroughly structured and precisely executed. We also conceived the theme of the event, in coherence with which the merchandise, promotional material, and documents were developed. We provided full onsite support for audio-visual services, fabrication, secretariat support and stage management.
