Inauguration of the New American Visa Application Centre
September 2018 — New Delhi: The Embassy of the United States of America, in association with VFS, inaugurated a new visa application centre in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The inauguration was carried out by the representatives of the Embassy along with the senior management of VFS. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was carried out, followed by the Indian tradition of the lighting of the lamp and other ceremonial rituals post which the guests were taken for a guided tour of the center.

Our team was responsible for event conceptualisation, designing & fabrication, light & sound set-up, and catering services. The main highlight of the event was the “American flag wall” which was uniquely created with balloons.
